That is the way to celebraty the traditional Day of Archaeologist in 2018. The State Hermitage Museum and Siberian Federal University designed the web-site "Digital Encyclopedia of the Hermitage. Vol.1. Archaeology". The project realized in frame of the agreement for the scientific cooperation aimed to tell about the museum collections, the archaeological monuments, the scientists from the Hermitage, the expeditions and all events reffering to the Russian archaeology since XIX century. Advatages of the digital form allowed distribution of the information sources and application of various forms of dissimination of knowledge (panoramic views, video and 3D modelling).
